Returns / Refund Policy

We are fully dedicated to your health and satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and perhaps need a replacement or a refund, we’ll do our best to make this happen.

Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. 

If you would like to raise a return / refund request: 

Please submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or video. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process. While we are happy to arrange a return/refund, we will ask you to cover all shipping costs (Rs.75 for initial shipment and Rs. 150 for return shipment and processing).

How Long Does It Take To Get A Refund?

Once your returned item has been received at our BoldEdge fulfillment center, it will be checked by our quality team. If the return is approved, we will let you know (via email). Please allow up to 15 days from the day we approve a returned item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependent on bank processing times.

Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the Seller/BoldEdge on the BoldEdge website. In all the cases mentioned below, the customer would only be provided with a replacement and no refund:

Item was defective.
Item was damaged in transit.
Product(s) was/were missing. (Customer must share the unpacking video with our support team)
Wrong item was received.
Customers can only get a refund of money in the following cases

When product is out of stock or unavailable
The brand has discontinued the product

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, BoldEdge/seller shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

The following RULES apply to this Policy:

Certain consumable items cannot be returned or refunded for, if the seal is broken. Products under the BoldEdge brands are among those on the list.
In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide visual proof to BoldEdge within 3 days from the time of delivery.
In case of damaged products, the customers should share an image. In case of missing products, the customers need to share an unboxing video as proof.
If the product has been marked delivered but the customer has not received the order, he/she needs to raise the complaint within 24 hrs. All items that need to be returned must be:
unused and should be in their original condition
with all original tags and packaging intact
should not be broken or tampered with.
In the event the Seller accepts the return requested by the customer, the customer will only receive the replacement once they have returned the product.
Replacement shall only be processed after a quality check of the product by the experts at BoldEdge
Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with the original box and invoice to Gaunac India Pvt. Ltd, Plot No. B-135, Vasant Kunj Enclave, 110070 New Delhi, India
Once the product is delivered we do not provide a replacement for certain products in the following cases:
Size issue
Bought by mistake
Better price available
Item arrived too late
Do not like the product
